We process the data you provide when registering, placing an order, or contacting us: name, surname, postal address, email, telephone, and billing and shipping details. Payment data is processed directly by the payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

- Customer service and enquiries: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
- Legal obligations (tax, accounting): compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Sending commercial communications: only with your express consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Retention Periods
We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship exists and, thereafter, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial regulations). Data used for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.
